Clients wanted to ask questions of their own documents from inside Microsoft 365, rather than hunting through libraries for the answer.

An SPFx front end for conversational document interaction, on an Azure Functions back end.
Authentication through managed identities and federated credentials.
Multi-provider model routing across Azure OpenAI, Anthropic and Grok.
Embeddings migrations as a planned part of the system.
The infrastructure deploys through the deployment contract platform.

RAG systems built end to end, from the SPFx interface through the Functions back end to the model providers.
